Rent Collection Fee
INCLUDES: In addition to the Introduction Only services, we also collect the rent and transfer it immediately to yourself, prepare and supply monthly statements, collect any rent arrears.
INCLUDES: In addition to both the Introduction Only and Rent Collection services, we complete a full property inventory, prepare all legal documentation, carry out regular property inspections and advise you of our findings, arrange and oversee all maintenance works, handle deposit reconciliation, and communicate with the tenants regarding tenancy renewal.

Once the fixed-term of a tenancy has expired, unless a new fixed-term is agreed to, all tenancies will go onto a holdover basis, and the same rent payment continues. The holdover tenancy continues until one side, landlord or tenant, gives notice.
