Introduction Only Service:

Introduction Fee

INCLUDES: Free market valuation, full property marketing and bespoke marketing plan, tenant finding and referencing, negotiation of terms of the tenancy, creation and provision of legal documentation, collection and remit of initial rent and deposit, security of deposit with The Deposit Protection Service if required.

INCLUDES: In addition to both the Introduction Only and Rent Collection services, we complete a full property inventory, prepare all legal documentation, carry out regular property inspections and advise you of our findings, arrange and oversee all maintenance works, handle deposit reconciliation, and communicate with the tenants regarding tenancy renewal.
