ROB DELANEY

Work Profile

I have been involved in the property market for over 29 years, starting at the bottom and working my way to the top within some of the largest agencies in the country. In 2010, I decided that I would set up my own company to bring back customer service, where we put the customer at the forefront of our business. We are a family run business and I have a fantastic team supporting me, as we continue to grow.

Interests

My agency and my girls take up most of my time, but when I am not working, I love to climb mountains with Kilimanjaro and Everest being my biggest accomplishments to date. I also love walking and camping.

JOHN HOLLIS

Work Profile

I've been with Delaney's for the past 9 years, I value strong communication and efficient organisation skills these are central to offering an excellent world class service to my clients.

A born and bred local lad I have fantastic knowledge of the local and surrounding areas to offer my clients.

Interests

Most weeknights you will find me at the local Gym in preparation for my Saturday nights out at the local bars in town!!

MICHELLE ROUD

Work Profile

I have been in the property industry for over 20 years. I have known the Delaney family for over 20 years and have been working for the company since 2015. Delaney's pride themselves on being a 'family run business' building great long term relationships with their clients and staff and always provide an exceptional service giving the personal touch to each property transaction. They have a good reputation within the industry, one I am proud to be a part of.

Interests

Spending time with my family and friends, socialising, going to the theatre and reading.

Julian Hall

Work Profile

I started my estate agency career as an office junior at Bairstow Eves, Barkingside in September 1980. After progressing to Assistant Manager by 1985, I was enticed to sell timeshare in Tenerife and the Costa Del Sol until I returned to BE in 1987. I then set up a company selling oversees property in 1989 and through this, I ended up running a B&B in Northern France in 1994 with my wife and eldest son who was only 6 months old at the time. I returned to BE again in 1994 and ran one of the most successful branches in the Countrywide group. I met and helped nurture Rob during this period before setting up my own agency called Link Homes in 2001. After selling that business I worked at Beresfords, Gidea Park for 3 years before joining the best estate agency in the whole wide world 10 years ago. I now only deal with the higher end properties, commercial and new homes.

Interests

Water and snow skiing, wind surfing and I have attended the same gym in Seven Kings since 1983! I can play golf but I`m not very good at it. I love the band Level 42 and have seen them 62 times over the last 36 years. I have been married for 25 years and have two sons who both went to Squirrels Heath and Emerson Park schools. I have lived in Hornchurch and Gidea Park for most of my life.

David Lockwood

I love helping clients realise their dreams. Having worked in the industry for over 29 years my experience is extensive and my mission is to give every client the best possible service whether you're selling or renting your home. I have been working at Delaney's after being approached by Rob Delaney to come on board. I worked alongside Rob back in 2006 in a different capacity and we made a successful team. I have worked through two recessions in my time and I know how to adapt to difficult market conditions so you know you're in safe hands.

Interests

I have a wonderful family and live in Havering and enjoy swimming, badminton, socialising and holidays with my children.

Lee Blackburn

I am privileged to say that I joined Rob at Delaney's in the very beginning when the company was being launched in 2010 in Hornchurch. I have worked alongside Rob assisting him to build the company up over the years to an established Estate Agency Practice within the Harold Wood, Hornchurch and surrounding areas. Rob's associates have been carefully selected from the very finest agents in the business to form a close-knit family run business offering first class assistance to our clients. Our focus as a company is on getting the best result for our clients and ensuring their home purchase or sale proceeds smoothly along the way. I now head-up the Harold Wood office leading a dedicated team creating a working environment in a friendly, hardworking and professional manner, all of which I am very pleased to be a part of.

Football and spending time with my lovely family and two lively sons.

JO LOCKWOOD

Work Profile

I am the Lettings Manager. I started my working a career in teaching children with special educational needs. I said goodbye to education and joined the Delaney's team in September 2018 where I look after Delaney's Property Management portfolio and take pride in giving an outstanding service.

Interests

I live in Maldon with my two children and my husband. I enjoy tea, biscuits and Gin!! Hence why I also have a gym membership!

Jacqui White

Work Profile

I have worked in the property industry for over 35 years, starting as an office junior and working my way up to a regional sales director covering Essex and East London, giving me a strong knowledge of these markets, as well as my continued passion for estate agency and enjoy making individuals successful. I joined Delaney's in 2020 as a Managing Director as I wanted to work with a family run business as I feel they are able to offer a bespoke service to our customers.

Interests

I have lived and worked in the Havering area all my life and enjoy what this area has to offer. I like to keep fit and regularly play tennis, and enjoy an active social life.

Jackie Martin

Work Profile

I have been in the property industry for over 20 years. I started my career in Marbella Spain. I was selling properties all over the world. We then moved back to the UK with my family, where I joined a corporate company doing Lettings. I quickly progressed and become a branch manager covering the whole of Havering. In 2019 I decided to take a break for a year and travelled the world. When I returned I wanted a new focus and decided on a role in Sales. I started off in sales progression, I then joined Delaney's in January 2024. To be honest with you it's been the best career move since I came back to the UK, the knowledge and experience at Delaney's is outstanding, everyone is so efficient and certainly know what is happening in the current market conditions. I know it's only early days, however I already know it's going to be great here and looking forward to what the future holds.

I love spending time with family and friends, I enjoy going holidays and exercising with my little dog Teddy.

Reece Seymour

Having recently become a dad in February 2024 I find great joy in spending my personal time with family all while being excited to see what the future holds and watching my daughter grow up.

I have worked at Delaney's for over a year now. I have lived in Havering all my life, so I am familiar with the area. I have had various roles in Admin, retail and floristry. I am enjoying learning new skills and love everyone here at Delaney's. I was so grateful to get this opportunity as I would love to further my career in estate agency and make my daughter proud.

Interests

I enjoy spending most of my time with my daughter who is also my best friend. We enjoy going on adventures with our little dog Nala.

NICOLA SMITH

With over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, my journey began as a sales negotiator while raising my young family. Since then, I have worked across every aspect of residential property from sales and valuations to rentals and listings. I recently joined Delaney's as a sales progressor and am genuinely enjoying this next chapter. I thrive on supporting clients through one of the most important milestones of their lives helping them navigate the process smoothly from offer to completion. And the most rewarding part is handing over the keys to their new home.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening and going to the gym.

George Skaros

Work Profile

I have been in real estate for just over 14 years now. I started my career as a trainee negotiator on work experience with Delaney’s way back in 2011, from there I went on to experience the UK London market before making a move to Dubai in 2014 where I have spent the last 11 years. After enjoying an extended period in a challenging yet rewarding market overseas, I decided that there really is nowhere quite like home, so now I'm back at Delaney’s and ready to get stuck into selling beautiful properties in the local community that I grew up in.

Interests

I am a positive, enthusiastic and energetic person, and when I’m not selling or valuing properties here at Delaney’s you can find me in the gym working on my fitness goals or socialising with friends and family.

CAT DELANEY

Work Profile

I started work in the City, where I trained to be an insurance underwriter for some years, I soon realised that running my own business was my ambition so waved the City goodbye and ran my own local florist successfully for 4 years. I built the florist up to an enviable position in the area and sold it to start a family. After a few years of being 'just mum', I became a benefits advisor for a leading benefits specialist. When Rob decided to set up his own business, I happily supported him and jumped on board, and am the accounts manager for the company.

Interests

I have three beautiful girls, and they take up a lot of my spare time, but when they do set me free, I love to exercise. I particularly enjoy hatha yoga, and competing in mud runs to let off some steam. My biggest passion is painting, I am an oil painter and my dream is to have my own exhibition of works.
